Meet Alice

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you my story. I do this so that you can get a feel for who I am and if I am the agent for you. I am a rare Williamson County native. Both sides of my parents and grandparents grew up in this area. My grandparents, Evelyn and Hill Paschall had a Real Estate Brokerage in downtown Franklin. My mother, Sue Jeter, was an agent for over 30 years. You could say that I grew up in the business.

I attended Battle Ground Academy where I graduated in the top 10 of my class from there attended Murray State University on a full tennis scholarship. Upon graduation from college, I began my career as a CPA with Ernst & Young in Nashville and married my high school sweetheart, Andy Charron. Years later, we began our family, and I made the switch from accounting to the family business of real estate. I became a Realtor in Oct 2001 and sold 24 homes in my first year. Fast forward 23 years and about 475 closed sales, and I am now proud to be the leader of a top team in the Nashville market. My team has been the top team in our market center for the past 4 years. In 2023, 2024 & 2025, we were the #1 Team for Keller Williams Nashville Music City in all three categories — Volume, GCI, and Units. In 2024, we ranked #5 KW Team in the Southeast Region and moved to #2 in the region in 2025. Most of our business comes from past clients and personal referrals. I think that says a lot about the satisfaction of our clients.

Community involvement has always been a core pillar of our lives. My husband Andy and I have raised our three children through the top ranked Williamson County School school system, with all of them attending Scales Elementary, Brentwood Middle, and Brentwood High. On a personal note, Scales Elementary holds a special place in my heart, as it was named after my great uncle, William Preston Scales, a former superintendent of Williamson County schools.

Staying actively engaged in our schools and local organizations is a deep priority for us:

School Leadership & Advocacy: I dedicated four years to the Brentwood High School PTO Board, including serving as PTO President. Alongside my teammate Amanda Morris, I also served as Co-Vice President and Co-President of the Brentwood Middle School PTO Board. I am always eager to talk about our vibrant community and exceptional local schools.

Charitable & Community Board Service: Our family's commitment extends to local non-profits and faith communities. Over the past 35 years, we've both had numerous leadership positions at Caluvary United Methodist, from serving as youth counselors to committees, we love being part of our church community. Giving back has always been at the heart of our lives together. From our early days with the Junior Chamber of Commerce to our work with Retrieving Independence, we’ve loved supporting the charities and causes closest to our hearts.

To me, the key to being a successful agent is to treat every transaction as if it is your own. I am fully vested in my clients and helping them achieve their goals. I believe that every day we are all presented with small choices that add up to make us who we are. I like to lay my head down at night knowing that at every turn, I choose to do what I believe is the right thing to do. What does this have to do with you?
