As a proud, native of the Nashville area and a generational Realtor, local insight is deeply ingrained in who I am—giving my clients a distinct edge in navigating Middle Tennessee's competitive market.

I’ve been a core leader at Keller Williams since 2003, serving as Team Leader of the Nashville office from 2004 to 2009 before founding the Alice Charron Team. We built a small but mighty powerhouse, consistently recognized as the top team in the Nashville Music City market center and one of the highestranked teams in the region. Most recently, in 2025, our team was named the #2 KW Team in the Southeast Region, earning me a spot in Gary Keller’s Top 100. As the Luxury Liaison for the Nashville Music City office and an active member of the KW Luxury Division and the KW Planner Community, I ensure my clients receive elevated strategy, priority access, and exceptional service at every price point.

My husband Andy and I raised our three children through top-ranked Williamson County schools—Scales Elementary (named after my great uncle, former superintendent William Preston Scales), Brentwood Middle, and Brentwood High. Through years of leadership—including serving as President of the Brentwood High School PTO Board, Co-President of the Brentwood Middle School PTO Board with my teammate Amanda Morris, and 35 years of service at Calvary United Methodist and other various organizations that are dear to our hearts —I’ve gained an insider’s understanding of local neighborhoods, schools, and civic life that algorithms simply can't replicate.
