Meet Alice

Thank you for visiting my website. If you have come here, you must be thinking about buying or selling real estate. I understand the importance of picking an agent that is a good fit for you. Real Estate is a large dollar investment and you want to work with someone who will be a good steward of your money. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you my story. I do this so that you can get a feel for who I am and if I am the agent for you. I am a rare Williamson County native. Both sides of my parents and grandparents grew up in this area. My grandparents, Evelyn and Hill Paschall has a Real Estate Brokerage in downtown Franklin. My mother, Sue Jeter, was an agent for over 30 years. You could say that I grew up in the business.

I attended Battle Ground Academy where I graduated in the top 10 of my class from there attended Murray State University on a full tennis scholarship. Upon graduation from college, I began my career as a CPA with Ernst & Young in Nashville and married my high school sweetheart, Andy Charron. Years later, we began our family and I made the switch from accounting to the family business of real estate. I became a Realtor in Oct 2001 and sold 24 homes my first year. Fast forward 20 years and about 400 closed sales, and I am now proud to be the leader of a top team in the Nashville market. In 2021 the Charron Team closed $38,000,000 and were honored to work with 41 homeowners and investors.

Community involvement has always been an important part of our lives. Andy and I have 3 children who attended Brentwood High, Brentwood Middle and Scales Elementary. A fun fact is Scales Elementary is named after my great uncle, William Preston Scales, who was superintendent of Williamson County schools. I served on the BHS PTO Board for 4 years and was PTO president in 2016-2017. Amanda Morris and I served on the BMS PTO Board as Co Vice Presidents in 2012-2013 and Co-Presidents in 2013-2014. I love to talk about our area and our schools. Andy is currently the chair of the board of Retrieving Independence, and I am on the board of Trustees at Calvary United Methodist.

To me the key to being a successful agent is to treat every transaction as if it is your own. I am fully vested in my clients and helping them achieve their goals. I believe that every day we are all presented with small choices that add up to make us who we are. I like to lay my head down at night knowing that at every turn, I chose to do what I believe is the right thing to do. What does this have to do with you? When you choose to work with me, you will get an agent that: knows the area and the schools, has financial expertise to help you make informed decisions, has strong negotiation skills, has a strong marketing team and will shoot straight with you. If you are thinking of buying or selling, call me at (615) 714-6121 and we can meet to discuss a plan of action. Whether you've found this profile page through an email newsletter, social media channels, or you were referred here by a friend, I'm happy to have you as my guest.
